Jason Russell was a helpful and communicative partner in a process we knew little about. At every turn Jason was able to answer our questions clearly and promptly. He also made clear the steps we had to take towards finding the right home for us and in what order to take those steps. We are pleased to have found a loan officer willing to explain the nuances of mortgage lending, our relationship with the lender, our responsibilities, their responsibilities, and what we can expect moving forward. Jason took time to answer every question we could possibly come up with. He was patient when we had lots of questions but always clear with the information he was providing, even when it was fairly complex.
